Welcome to the California American Indian Recovery Services (CAIRS) program website. CAIRS is a statewide substance abuse treatment and recovery support program administered by the California Rural Indian Health Board (CRIHB). We work to empower American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) people in California to break the cycle of drug and alcohol addiction and achieve long-term recovery. If you or someone you love is suffering from a drug or alcohol addiction, we can help you get Clinical Treatment or Recovery Support Services.
