FRAUD AND ABUSE REPORTS
If you suspect that an act of fraud or abuse has been committed against CAIRS, please call our toll-free fraud and abuse hotline at (800) 884-1735. If you prefer to mail or fax the Report of Suspected Fraud Abuse, you may send it to:
