Actually the entire CRIHB “Jobs” web pages are new!! To those regular users we appreciate your patience while the “Jobs” section was temporarily off line for reconstruction. After you have browsed the new pages, we hope you agree that the improvements were worth the wait.

Our goal is to have a recruiting website full of opportunities that will attract qualified job seekers, which will help us (CRIHB and Member Programs and Tribes) to source candidates and fill vacancies as quickly as possible.

Member Program recruiters have logins and passwords to post and manage their own job vacancies directly on-line at the website. Job seekers can register and have a login and password to post an on-line resume into a database that is searchable by the recruiters at CRIHB Central and the Member Programs. Recruiters now have an on-line filing cabinet where they can refer prospects when they don’t have a current opening that matches the candidate’s skills and abilities – perhaps another Program has that vacancy. These are some of the new features that will help us reach our recruiting goals.

We want the CRIHB “Jobs” web pages to grow into an effective recruiting tool for both employers and job seekers. It can become that tool by your own use and by referring it to others to use.
