CRIHB LOTTERY: If you register before April 10, 2008, you will be entered to win payments of your travel expenses for 2 people.

The 2008 IHS/CAO Dental Conference, hosted by California Rural Indian Health Board, Inc. (CRIHB) is scheduled for May 12-15, 2008 at the Horizon Casino Resort in Lake Tahoe, California. Registrations are currently being accepted. Registration is free and includes one (1) ticket to luncheon during the conference. Additional luncheon tickets are available for purchase, either through the Pay Pal link below, or by submitting the registration form with payment. Please indicate the number of additional tickets that you would like to purchase on your registration form. Registration forms can be returned to CRIHB at the below address;

Vendor Registration

CRIHB is also accepting applications for vendors to display tables at the conference. The vendor registration cost is $800 per table, and includes one (1) 8' table, plus two (2) tickets to the luncheon. Additional tables can be purchased for $800 and additional luncheon tickets for the cost of $40 each. To register as a vendor, applicants should complete the registration form below and submit to:
